Other Info | An award-winning young band out of Ireland, Goitse has five members, and plays great tunes and sings fine vocals. This will be their second Tucson show. They have won numerous awards since their first Tucson show and related two more CDs--two of those awards were Trad Group of the year, from Live Ireland awards, 2015, and band the year from Chicago Irish American News, 2016. Áine Mc Geeney, the vocalist, sings songs in the English and Irish language. Her sweet, charismatic voice draws audiences into the music a way very few performers can achieve. Another award just for Aine: she won the Best Female Vocalist award in 2016, chosen by the Irish American News.
The show will also include Irish dance--- from top dancers from the group Celtic Steps, formerly Tir Conaill, Irish dancers. These dancers are a part of the world Irish dance competitions. A show to bring Tucson into the Saint Patrick's Day season in style.
